  3. Ship the item back to the provided return address

Important Notes:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error

  2. Estimated delivery time to the United States is typically 7–15 business days after order processing.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.
